ESPN2 Showing Peyton Manning Eating When He Thought The Cameras Were Off Should Be Against The Law
I've seen plenty of fucked up stuff on TV in my time. Prank shows, Faces Of Death, the Giants 2 minute drill before the half tonight. But nothing touches what ESPN did showing Peyton Manning eat when he didn't know the camera was rolling.
Nobody looks normal when they are eating let alone when they are eating and think nobody is watching. I get that Peyton has to be the punchline for the Manningcast since Eli is the greatest comedic mind and most beloved of our generation. But I'm pretty sure filming someone as they eat without them knowing is like filming them nude or fucking. Okay, that's probably not true. I'm not sure, I haven't studied law since I realized I didn't want to be a lawyer in 4th grade when we did a mock trial for who pushed Humpty Dumpty off the wall and I discovered that law is not about what you know, it's about what you can prove. That low down dirty ruthless vato Alonzo hammered that lesson home in Training Day years later.
Nonetheless, someone eating as they are unknowingly being recorded is wrong. Please let Eli stick to the forehead jokes, avoid the eating spy cams, and leave the Hahas to the professionals.
